Summary

A strategic Key Account Manager role at Famly responsible for driving retention, growth, and deep partnerships across a high-value UK customer portfolio. This maternity cover position involves serving as the primary trusted advisor and point of contact for key accounts while identifying expansion opportunities.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts with multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, develop strategic account plans for retention and expansion, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to advocate for accounts, own forecasting and pipeline management, and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
Skills & Tools: Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities, consultative selling and account strategy development, pipeline and forecasting management, and cross-functional collaboration. Solutions-focused problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar customer-facing account management role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts, drive growth, and build executive-level relationships.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is £50,000 – £70,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Famly is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive retention, growth, and deep partnerships across our UK accounts.

As a Key Account Manager at Famly, you will take full ownership of your portfolio, serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor for your customers. Solutions-focused and positive, you thrive in a fast-paced environment - building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

🚀 What you'll be doing

This role is about more than account management - it’s about strategic ownership of your book of business and acting as a trusted partner for your customers.

You will:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, adoption and expansion opportunities.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement and deep understanding of our customer needs.

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to advocate for your accounts and ensure customer priorities are met.

  • Own account forecasting, pipeline management and reporting, ensuring visibility on growth and risks.

  • Contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing with peers across the Key Account Management team.
