Summary
Account Executive responsible for cross-selling Concept3D's suite of immersive digital experience solutions (Interactive Maps, Virtual Tours, Event Calendars, Room Reservation systems) to existing higher education customers. This role focuses on expanding revenue and deepening customer relationships within the education sector.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities with current higher education clients, present additional product solutions to meet evolving campus needs, and manage the sales process from opportunity identification through contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand institutional requirements and align offerings accordingly.
Skills & Tools: Proven consultative sales abilities with experience in software or SaaS solutions, strong understanding of higher education operations and purchasing processes, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate how multiple Concept3D solutions address institutional needs.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in higher education or similar vertical markets, with a track record of successful cross-selling or upselling. Bachelor's degree preferred; demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles and building stakeholder relationships.
