Gaggle is seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students and staff in Tennessee with flexible scheduling and a focus on therapy without insurance billing complexities.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients to improve their mental health, with 90% clinical work and 10% administrative duties.

Skills & Tools: Requires strong technology skills for teletherapy delivery and professional liability insurance coverage; preferred candidates have Spanish language proficiency.

Qualifications: Must hold an independent license or supervised associate license in mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar) with experience working with K-12 age children; 2+ years of counseling experience is preferred.

Location: In-Person - Jamestown, TN

Compensation: $50/hour

Responsibilities:

Conduct 45-minute weekly video therapy sessions with assigned clients helping them improve their mental health
90% clinical / 10% admin

Requirements:

Independent license OR supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling services (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LPC-A, LSW or similar)
Strong technology skills
Must acquire Professional Liability and Bodily Injury coverage prior to taking on clients and have Gaggle listed as Additionally Insured
Experience working with children in the K-12 age range

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of counseling experience
Ability to provide therapy services in Spanish
Dual state certification is a plus!
