Job Description

At Famly, we're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our Office Management team.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity for a lot of visible impact. You'll assist in keeping our Copenhagen office up to scratch and running smoothly - ready to jump into a variety of areas from daily lunch set-up and supplies orders, to light admin tasks and helping pull off our team events.

This part-time position is based in our Copenhagen office for 2 days a week, with opportunity for covering team absences and events.

What you'll be doing

As our newest Office Assistant, you'll be joining a team of two and together you’ll work

throughout the week in tandem to support the day-to-day running of workplace operations. Things like:

  • Keeping communal areas, the kitchen, and shared spaces clean, tidy, and welcoming

  • Cycling the dishwashers, maintaining the coffee machines and other appliances

  • Owning the daily lunch, including setup, clear up, and vendor communication

  • Procuring, arranging, and caring for our office plants and greenery

  • Keeping bathrooms and the kitchen topped up with toiletries, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies

  • Managing grocery and office supplies orders with the team to make sure we're always stocked up

  • Taking ownership of small admin/ad-hoc projects like researching vendors, handling inventory, organising storage

  • Helping coordinate practicalities for office events, networking evenings, and other fun team celebrations
