Summary

Campus is seeking a Corporate IT Administrator to provide comprehensive IT support and system management for students, faculty, and staff while ensuring optimal IT operations. The role is critical to maintaining reliable technology infrastructure and enhancing user experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site and remote IT support to internal employees, co-administer systems like Google Workspace, Okta, and Jamf, and troubleshoot an all-Mac device fleet. Co-lead new office technology setups, deliver IT training, and ensure security and efficient operation of all IT assets.
Skills & Tools: 4+ years of IT experience with proficiency in Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac troubleshooting/servicing, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented approach with basic networking knowledge, understanding of IT security best practices, and passion for learning new technologies.
Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT experience with demonstrated expertise in Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac device support. Apple Device Support or Deployment and Management certifications and IT security protocol experience are preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Hybrid in New York, New York, United States (remote Monday & Friday, in-office Tuesday-Thursday)
Compensation: $95,000 – $105,000/year

About the Team

As the IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission to the online community. As part of our IT team, you’ll work closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless IT operations and a positive user experience. Whether it’s troubleshooting, implementing new tools, or enhancing system security, the IT team plays a vital role in making technology accessible and reliable for everyone at Campus.

  • Provide both on-site and remote IT support to internal employees, ensuring quick resolutions to technical issues
  • Co-administer systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Jamf with a focus on office-specific needs

  • Co-lead the setup and configuration of equipment and technology for new office locations

We’re excited about you because you…

  • 4+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Have 4+ years of experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac troubleshooting/servicing
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Have a passion for learning and applying new technologies to improve IT systems and processes
  • Have a basic understanding of networking and best security practices

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with IT security protocols and best practices
  • Apple Device Support or Deployment and Management certifications a plus
  • Start up experience

  • A compensation package that includes a base salary ($95,000 - $105,000) + equity grant
  • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
