Lead a community school initiative at City Year in NYC, driving educational equity and student success through integrated support services. Shape school culture and outcomes by coordinating wraparound services and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of community school programs, manage staff and budgets, and coordinate partnerships with schools and community organizations. Build relationships with families, students, and stakeholders while ensuring program quality and measurable impact.
Skills & Tools: Strong leadership, program management, and community engagement capabilities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and organizations.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience in education, nonprofit management, or community development. Demonstrated success leading teams and managing programs in underserved communities preferred.
Location: New York City, NY
Compensation: $80K–$85K/yr
