Summary
The Impact Manager at City Year will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting efforts to demonstrate program effectiveness and outcomes for AmeriCorps members serving in Buffalo schools. This role is critical to communicating the organization's impact to stakeholders and funders.
Key Responsibilities: Manage data systems and dashboards, coordinate outcome tracking across programs, prepare impact reports and presentations, and support program teams with data-driven insights. Collaborate with leadership to identify metrics, analyze results, and refine strategies based on evidence.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency with data analysis, visualization tools, and reporting software; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in data science, education, social science, or related field; 2+ years of experience in program evaluation, data management, or impact measurement in non-profit or education settings.
