QA Analyst, eLearning Content (Accessibility & Functionality) | Contract | 2–4 Years Experience

We’re identifying QA Analysts to support testing of eLearning content across web-based training, instructor-led materials, mobile learning, and document-based formats. This role focuses on validating functionality, usability, and accessibility to ensure content meets defined standards and performs consistently across platforms.

What you’ll do

• Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, including functionality, design consistency, and user experience
• Conduct manual testing across WBT, ILT materials, PDFs, and mobile learning content
• Validate accessibility compliance against WCAG and Section 508 standards
• Test content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and performance
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira
• Collaborate with development and content teams to resolve issues and improve quality
• Support accessibility validation alongside broader QA efforts
