Summary

QA Engineer specializing in accessibility testing for eLearning content across multiple formats (WBT, ILT, PDF, mobile). The role ensures all learning assets meet technical standards, accessibility compliance (WCAG/Section 508), and quality expectations before deployment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end testing of eLearning content for functionality and user experience, perform manual and automated testing across various platforms, validate SCORM/AICC compliance and LMS functionality, identify and track defects in Jira, and support accessibility testing to ensure inclusion standards are met.

Skills & Tools: Technical proficiency in eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, WCAG/Section 508), LMS platforms, and authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate); strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, and problem-solving abilities with adaptability to new tools.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2–4 years of eLearning QA or software testing experience; ISTQB or similar QA certification preferred.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite)

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹4,50,000 – ₹6,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

We’re identifying QA Analysts to support testing of eLearning content across web-based training, instructor-led materials, mobile learning, and document-based formats. This role focuses on validating functionality, usability, and accessibility to ensure content meets defined standards and performs consistently across platforms.

What you’ll do

• Perform end-to-end testing of eLearning content, including functionality, design consistency, and user experience
• Conduct manual testing across WBT, ILT materials, PDFs, and mobile learning content
• Validate accessibility compliance against WCAG and Section 508 standards
• Test content within Learning Management Systems (LMS) for compatibility and performance
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira
• Collaborate with development and content teams to resolve issues and improve quality
• Support accessibility validation alongside broader QA efforts
