Summary

Junior QA Analyst responsible for accessibility testing of eLearning content across multiple digital formats (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, HTML). This contract role ensures digital learning materials are compliant with accessibility standards and usable for all learners.

Key Responsibilities: Perform accessibility testing using defined checklists, validate elements like alt text, headings, tables, and links, and review document structure and semantic markup. Document findings, track issues, and collaborate with senior team members to apply accessibility best practices.
Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, familiarity with accessibility standards and testing methodologies, and proficiency with document formats (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, HTML). Excellent documentation and communication skills with ability to follow structured QA processes.
Qualifications: 0–1 year of experience in QA or testing roles; formal education in computer science, IT, or related field preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) is advantageous.
Location: Onsite - Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Location: Onsite - Noida, India (open to India-based candidates only)

We’re identifying detail-oriented QA professionals to support accessibility testing of digital learning content across Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, Excel files, and HTML-based materials. This role focuses on reviewing content against defined accessibility standards and ensuring usability for all learners.

What you’ll do

• Perform accessibility testing using defined checklists across Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, and HTML content
• Review document structure, semantic markup, and navigation to support assistive technologies
• Validate accessibility elements such as alt text, headings, tables, links, and reading order
• Check metadata, language settings, and overall document properties for compliance
• Document findings clearly and track issues identified during testing
• Collaborate with senior team members to apply accessibility best practices
• Maintain testing documentation and follow structured QA processes
