Job Description:
THE OPPORTUNITY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage incoming requests for information from various internal stakeholders:
Involves the following tasks on a daily basis:
- Regularly download new requests
- Identify and track down any pertinent information
- Record the request on a master tracking file
- Identify the correct contact persons(s)
- Monitor the request to completion, including any follow-up needs
Manage flow of requests from external sources, including priority/urgent requests for data:
Involves the following tasks throughout the day:
- Receive the request and document on a master tracking file
- Identify correct contact person(s)
- Gather the appropriate information
- Quickly respond to the original request to keep the flow of information moving steadily
Bi-weekly basis:
- Create a report of total requests received, resolved, and outstanding
As needed, recurring basis:
- Participate in status meetings, as requested
- Ad hoc reporting, as requested
- Participate in process improvement discussions as subject matter expert, as requested
Key responsibilities:
Communication with internal and external stakeholders on highly detailed, often urgent matters
Tracking requests to establish metrics
Reporting on metrics
