Summary

Lead complex, cross-functional projects at Everway as a Senior Project Manager, ensuring clear communication, organized execution, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives with effective planning, execution, and communication of deliverables while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder alignment. Maintain project plans in Asana, documentation in Confluence, and drive progress with structure and consistency.
Skills & Tools: 5+ years of project management experience with excellent communication and strong organizational abilities, including proficiency in Asana and Confluence. Demonstrated ability to lead alignment across multiple teams, identify risks proactively, and deliver executive-level updates.
Qualifications: 5+ years of project management experience with ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives required; PMP or equivalent project management certifications preferred. Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or product-led organizations is desirable.

Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000/year

About the Role

The Senior Project Manager role supports cross-functional initiatives that require strong coordination, clear communication, and organized execution. 

This position works closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer teams to ensure projects are planned effectively, deliverables are well-defined, and progress is clearly communicated. The role focuses on maintaining alignment across stakeholders, managing timelines and risks, and keeping work moving with structure and consistency. Managing project plans and tracking are in Asana, while documentation, decisions, and project knowledge are maintained in Confluence.

This role requires the successful candidate to be based in the Eastern Time Zone.

Essential Criteria

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence delivering concise, executive-level updates and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive alignment across multiple teams with competing priorities
  • Strong strategic planning, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Proven experience proactively identifying risks, surfacing issues early, and driving resolution through to completion
  • Deep experience managing project delivery in Asana and maintaining clear, durable documentation in Confluence
  • Proven ability to drive and maintain stakeholder alignment on timelines, responsibilities, scope, and expectations
  • Highly accountable, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring delivery stays on track
  • Self-directed and effective in a remote or distributed team environment
  • PMP or other project management certifications preferred, with demonstrated application of PMI or equivalent best practices

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or product-led organizations
  • Experience leading digital transformation or complex operational change initiatives
  • Experience working across global or distributed teams
