We are combining our deep in-house expertise with in-depth user research to rethink the classroom experience. You can help us figure out how to effectively bring together offline and online user experiences and technologies such as GenAI, machine learning, and predictive analytics to innovate in the classroom.

As a Senior Software Developer, your experience and leadership will help guide your team to continue to evolve in all aspects of technical and delivery excellence. You will lead and mentor across multiple workstreams supporting your team’s delivery commitments as well as the technical stack and end to end software development lifecycle, including devops. You will work cross-functionally with Product and Design peers to collaborate on your team’s technical and product roadmaps and decision-making in bringing the best products and user experiences to life.

• Focus on building well-architected software with high product quality that meets the end user’s needs effectively

Qualifications

• 1+ years of software development and design experience in an Enterprise or equivalent environment, with a background in .Net-based solutions and Azure cloud services
• Excellent programming and software design skills
• Ownership mindset, self-motivated and self-driven
• Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for continuous learning
• Analytical, problem-solving attitude
• Strong knowledge of C# .Net
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience building, testing and supporting scalable applications with n-tier architecture
• Strong experience with API development and best practices
• Strong experience with Blazor or React
• Knowledge of front end technologies HTML, CSS, Typescript
• Sound knowledge of CI/CD practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
