Job Summary
Reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, the successful candidate will take a lead role in our hiring processes for our global teams. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our team with world-class talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, advise on best practices and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. Your insights and expertise will contribute directly to our growth and success.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive complex talent searches to attract top-tier candidates across all teams and organizational levels.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, providing guidance and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Leverage data-driven insights to enhance hiring outcomes, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Champion a positive and seamless candidate journey, reinforcing our employer brand.
- Uphold strict confidentiality while managing sensitive applicant information.
- Ensure compliance with regional hiring regulations and best practices.
- Track and deliver key recruitment metrics to support overall Talent Acquisition success.
- Maintain a streamlined preferred supplier list (PSL), collaborating with agencies that align with our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Balance a high volume of roles with exceptional attention to detail and organizational efficiency.
- Continuously identify opportunities to refine processes and systems, optimizing efficiency and candidate experience.
Essential Criteria
- 3+ years of global, full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven ability to attract top talent.
- Expertise in direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
- Experience driving and championing inclusive hiring practices to foster diverse workplaces.
- Strong ability to leverage hiring data and analytics to inform and optimize recruitment decisions.
- Proven track record of effective stakeholder management, building strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
- Prior experience working in a remote-first SaaS organization, navigating the unique challenges of distributed hiring.
- Extensive background in senior-level technical recruitment, with a deep understanding of engineering, product, and other technical roles.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in the Ed-Tech industry, with an understanding of its unique hiring needs.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies to enhance talent attraction.
- Strong knowledge of global hiring regulations and compliance.
- Background in designing and implementing structured interview frameworks
