Summary
Technical Product Manager specializing in AI Agents at CDW, responsible for driving AI adoption across business units by building AI agents, training coworkers, and advocating for responsible AI use. This hands-on role empowers teams to innovate with AI solutions through real-world experimentation and direct enablement.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with business units to identify AI opportunities and translate needs into prototypes; rapidly design and deliver version-one AI agents in collaboration with engineering teams. Train and mentor coworkers to become AI builders, develop playbooks, and explore emerging AI models and tools for enterprise-wide innovation.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in AI solutions, LLMs, and AI agent platforms (Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, N8N, Claude Code); expertise in rapid prototyping, solution discovery, agile development, stakeholder management, and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of product management, consulting, or technology experience (or 11+ years without degree); proven hands-on experience building and delivering AI-powered solutions including agents and workflows.
Location: Fully remote, United States
Compensation: $132,600 – $160,000 / annually
