The Consulting Digital Velocity Solution Architect (DVSA) plays a critical pre-sales role withinCDW’sConsulting Services team. This highly strategic, field-based position focuses on designing, developing, and positioning end-to-end Snowflake solutions tailored to meet the unique business challenges of our customers. As a DVSA, you will collaborate across sales, delivery, and partner ecosystems to create forward-thinking technology roadmaps, develop service offerings, and build long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for a technically adept, business-savvy professional who thrives in a consultative environment, enjoys solutioning complex technical challenges, and is passionate about driving digital transformation at scale.

What youwilldo:

  • Architect and develop tailored DV solutions for enterprise clients, including assessments, health checks, deployment strategies, and advisory services.
  • Present and articulate DV solutions that address critical business challenges through compelling storytelling, whiteboarding sessions, demos, and executive briefings.
  • Partner with internal sales and delivery teams to craft strategic sales plans,scopeproject deliverables, and author detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their long-termobjectivesand mappingtechnologysolutions to desired outcomes.
  • Build andmaintainstrategic relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and key technology partners.
  • Maintain a minimum of five partner technical certifications,demonstratinga commitment to continuous learning and deep technicalexpertise.
  • Expand influence in your assigned territory through proactive engagement with vendors, partners, clients, and CDW field teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple technology domains; contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as blogs, webinars, and social media.
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentor junior architects and sellers, and support enablement efforts for the broader Digital Velocity team.


What we expectofyou:

  • Bachelor’s degreeand7+years ofexperiencearchitecting, delivering, or selling complex IT solutions.Or,11+years of experience architecting, delivering, or selling complex IT solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in data architecture and data engineering, with at least 3 years hands-on in Snowflake.
  • Deepexpertisein Snowflake features (Warehouses, Streams/Tasks, Time Travel, RBAC, Clustering, Stages etc.).
  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical discussions, influence decision-making, and align technology strategy with business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts intoSnowflake-basedsolutions.
  • Proven ability to build andmaintaintrust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Ability to mentor and coach peers,fosteringknowledge transfer and collaborative team success.
  • Must be comfortable working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Payrange: $132,400 - $185,520depending on experience and skill set 

Annual bonus target of 25%subject to terms and conditions of plan
