Job Description:
This Role…
As the Senior Marketing Specialist, Education at ATD, you will report to our Marketing Manager, Education & CI, supporting marketing for ATD’s growing Education business. In this position you will be a key part of helping finalize marketing campaigns, aligning audience targeting, overseeing performance, and providing essential marketing support. This role is heavily focused on executing and supporting marketing tactics in channels such as email, website, digital advertising, social media, print, and more.
Make an Impact By...
- Managing email marketing promotion, with audience segmentation, tailored messaging, and high-quality email design
- Assisting in the development of campaign strategy for new products
- Writing concise and powerful marketing copy for emails, website, social media ads, and other online or print communications as needed.
- Working regularly with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing messages are accurate and up to date
- Taking ownership of website updates, including copywriting, placement, landing page creation, etc.
- Coordinating with in-house graphic designers to develop graphics for website, email, digital ads, social media, promotional videos, brochures, and more
- Creating and maintaining project timelines in support of marketing campaigns
- Creating and analyzing reports on campaign results to monitor effectiveness and suggest adjustments or improvements to existing campaigns
About You...
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent relevant experience is required
- At least 3-5 years of experience with:
- Email marketing through marketing automation platforms and CRM
- Managing websites through a CMS and web design best practices
- Copywriting for marketing materials, specifically emails and websites
- Audience segmentation and messaging
- An understanding of online marketing strategies for marketing campaign fulfillment.
- Problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
- Strong project management and communications skills
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and responsibilities simultaneously
- An eagerness and willingness to learn and grow in your profession

- You will be expected to be in the office 4 days a week for your first quarter, with the potential for more hybrid-time after this period.
