Job Description

Who This Role Is For

You're a fully licensed clinician (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Eastern Washington who wants a part-time telehealth caseload that pays at the level your licensure deserves. Spokane's behavioral health market has historically undercompensated fully licensed clinicians — this role is a direct alternative to that, with no commute, no office overhead, and a rate that reflects your experience.

What Makes This Different

  • $75–115/hr based on session type and caseload — significantly above typical Eastern WA clinical rates
  • Guaranteed pay for late cancellations and no-shows — your time is always compensated
  • 1099 independent contractor — the flexibility and tax advantages of self-employment with none of the private practice overhead
  • Fully remote — work from Spokane or anywhere in Washington
  • Flexible scheduling — set your own afternoons, evenings, or weekends
  • No billing, no credentialing, no admin — we handle everything

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across Washington, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. Case consultations and clinical team discussions are a regular part of the role.
