Qualifications: Active LMHCA or LCSWA licensure in North Carolina required. Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused mental health care, with school-based or pediatric clinical experience preferred.

Compensation: $35–$45/hr

The Work

You'll provide teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, working alongside school counselors and families statewide. Weekly individual and group supervision and case consultations are a regular part of the role.

What You Need

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we are unable to consider pre-licensure or other license types)
  • Experience or strong interest in youth and family-focused care
  • Telehealth comfort and EHR familiarity
  • Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Preferred

  • CBT, DBT, or similar evidence-based modality training
  • School-based or pediatric clinical experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Pay Range
$35$45 USD
