Skills & Tools: Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems, strong experience or interest in working with school-aged youth and families, competence in evidence-based modalities such as CBT or DBT.
Qualifications: Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina required; experience or demonstrated interest in school-based or youth-focused therapy preferred.

Compensation: $35–$45/hr

The Work

You'll provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina, collaborating with school counselors and families statewide. You'll participate in weekly individual and group supervision, case consultations, and contribute to clinical program development.

What You Need

  • Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina (required — we are not able to hire other license types at this time)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families
  • Comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems
  • Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Preferred

  • Experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities
  • Prior school-based or youth-focused experience
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Pay Range
$35$45 USD
