Summary

Flex Account Manager based in Boston responsible for managing client relationships and driving revenue growth for Evolv Technology's AI-powered security solutions. This role focuses on helping organizations enhance safety and mitigate risk through intelligent threat detection technology.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand relationships with assigned accounts, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction with Evolv's security solutions. Collaborate with sales, technical, and customer success teams to meet revenue targets and support client implementation and adoption.
Skills & Tools: Strong account management and consultative selling abilities with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Technical aptitude to understand AI-powered security solutions and the ability to navigate complex enterprise sales environments.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of account management or enterprise sales experience, preferably in security, technology, or SaaS. Bachelor's degree preferred with demonstrated success managing strategic client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Location: Boston, Massachusetts
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $70,000 – $95,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
