Summary

A Training Coordinator role supporting a manufacturing client's new product launch by organizing and tracking training for all employee levels as new equipment and processes are introduced. The coordinator ensures timely completion of required training while collaborating with OEMs, engineering teams, and internal groups.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate training schedules for salaried, hourly, and skilled trades employees; schedule equipment-specific training with OEMs; maintain detailed tracking and provide status reports to leadership. Support onboarding, manage virtual meetings and calendars, and participate in coordination calls to align with launch milestones.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong detail orientation and data tracking ability; experience with manufacturing vendors or suppliers preferred. Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and hold employees accountable.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or 3+ years of high-volume manufacturing experience required. Process engineering, production, or training coordination experience in manufacturing preferred; knowledge of machining or assembly environments and supervisory experience a plus.
Location: Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $50,000 – $68,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
