Qualifications: 1-2 years of relevant photo editing or research experience with a Bachelor's degree in photography or related field preferred.
Location: Hybrid in New Rochelle, New York, United States (5 days/week onsite)

*This position is onsite at our New Rochelle office 5x a week.

Position Purpose:

Conduct photo/video research, work closely with editors, designers, and production on day-to-day project needs; handle licensing/invoicing and photo credits; provide assistance at photo shoots; and perform additional administrative tasks for the department. Direct offshore team members in the execution of BEC’s processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct photo and video research
  • Order/download hi-res images
  • Direct offshore team members in research and data entry tasks
  • Generate, revise & maintain photo logs and inputs photo credits
  • Identify the source, copyright owner, credits, and permissions for images in BEC titles
  • Handle licensing and billing
  • Assist on photo shoots (casting, props, setup and model releases)
  • Organize and manage photo files
  • Perform all additional administrative tasks for the department at the direction of the Director of image licensing and research.

Job Requirements/Skills and Experience:

  • One to two years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in photography or related field.
  • Excellent visual and organizational skills 
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Word and Excel.
  • Experience in publishing and familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop a plus. 

Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000

*The base salary range represents the low and high end of the expected salary range for the position. The base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and skill level.
