Summary

The Learning & Development and Employee Engagement Specialist at Ford's Global Data Insight & Analytics division designs and implements strategic learning initiatives to upskill employees in data literacy, AI proficiency, and analytical capabilities. This role directly impacts Ford's competitive advantage by building a highly skilled, data-driven workforce.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end quarterly learning programs, develop learning dashboards and reporting mechanisms, oversee learning platform optimization (e.g., Udemy), curate technical content with subject matter experts, design role-specific learning pathways, and plan/execute high-impact learning events and multi-channel communication campaigns.

Skills & Tools: Expertise in learning management systems, data analytics and reporting, instructional design, stakeholder communication, project management, and familiarity with platforms like Udemy and SharePoint. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field with 3-5 years of L&D program management experience, preferably in tech or data-focused environments. Experience managing learning platforms and designing technical training programs required.

Location: Helena, Lewis and Clark County, Montana (Remote with preferred weekly onsite collaboration in Dearborn, MI for candidates within 50-mile radius)

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
