The People Technology Partner will serve as a strategic liaison between HR and technology teams at Curriculum Associates, leveraging HRIS systems and data analytics to drive people-focused initiatives. This role is pivotal in optimizing HR processes and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in HRIS systems, HR analytics, data management, and SQL or similar data tools. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field with 2-3 years of HR technology or HRIS administration experience. Demonstrated experience with HR systems implementation and employee data management preferred.
