Summary

The Learning & Development Program Specialist for Global Data Insight & Analytics at Ford Motor Company leads strategic learning initiatives that enhance data literacy, AI proficiency, and analytical capabilities across the organization. This pivotal role empowers employees through innovative learning experiences that drive organizational competitiveness and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end learning programs including quarterly learning goals, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms; oversee learning platform optimization (Udemy), content curation with subject matter experts, and role-based development pathways; plan and execute high-impact learning events, workshops, and multi-channel communication campaigns to promote learning opportunities.

Skills & Tools: Strong project management and program coordination abilities; proficiency with learning management systems and platforms (Udemy); excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and data analytics; ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts across technical domains (Power BI, AI, BigQuery).

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; 3-5 years of experience designing and managing learning programs, preferably in technical or data-driven environments; demonstrated experience with learning platform management and metrics-driven program evaluation.

Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Maricopa County); majority remote with preferred weekly onsite collaboration in Dearborn, MI for candidates within 50-mile radius.

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $65,000 – $85,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.
