Summary

The HR Assistant supports employee training and onboarding processes through the Trainual platform, focusing on organizing, uploading, and quality-checking training materials. This temporary role is critical to ensuring the organization and consistency of the company's training content.

Key Responsibilities: Format, organize, and upload employee training materials into the Trainual platform while conducting quality checks and supporting training schedules. Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare training content and provide administrative support to HR and project teams.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to quickly learn new digital platforms like Trainual. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the capacity to manage sensitive information and work effectively across teams.
Qualifications: Strong data entry skills with focus on accuracy, ability to follow detailed formatting instructions consistently, and comfort with basic Microsoft Office tools. Quick learner who is organized, dependable, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Format, organize, and upload employee training materials into the Trainual platform.
  • Standardize content formatting, style, and organization to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Assist with creating and structuring employee onboarding and compliance training modules.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure uploaded content functions properly within the system.
  • Support the HR and Trainual launch teams in organizing training schedules and tracking completion.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to collect and prepare training materials for upload.
  • Work with the HR team to align platform content with organizational policies and training goals.
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including documentation and progress tracking.
