Summary

Tech Talent Acquisition Manager at 360Learning responsible for sourcing and closing product & engineering talent for a hyper-growth SaaS company. This role involves building recruiting processes, coaching hiring managers, and driving strategic talent acquisition improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: Source and screen technical talent profiles, conduct end-to-end hiring processes, pitch company value proposition to candidates, and lead talent acquisition initiatives including employer branding and analytics. Coach internal hiring teams on interviewing best practices and deliver measurable improvements to recruitment outcomes.
Skills & Tools: Strong recruiting expertise with proven ability to identify exceptional technical talent and assess both technical competencies and cultural fit. Proficiency in metrics-driven hiring, resume screening, interview design, and experience working in fast-paced, remote-first environments.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of in-house recruiting experience in hyper-growth tech companies with demonstrated success building diversity into hiring practices. Experience screening and evaluating technical roles required.
Location: Paris, Remote (fully remote possible anywhere in France)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is โ‚ฌ48,000 โ€“ โ‚ฌ65,000/year based on title, seniority, location, and company stage, plus variable component and equity.

Job Description

Within 1 month, you will::

  • Within 3 months, you will::
  • Source highly relevant profiles for our product & tech teams

  • Pitch 360Learning EVP like you own it

  • Lead end-to-end hiring processes

  • Close your first candidates

  • Draft your own OKRs

  • Within 6 months, you will::
  • Expand the breadth of profiles you own

  • Design well-crafted interviewing processes

  • Close the expected number of candidates each month

  • Take on your first talent acquisition project (fields: employer brand, analyticsโ€ฆ)

  • Within 12 months, you will::
  • Coach 360Learners on interviewing best practices

  • Deliver impactful improvements to the way we hire

  • The Skill Set:
  • 4-6 years in-house recruiting experience in hyper growth tech companies

  • Proven experience in detecting outstanding tech talents and hiring with diversity in mind

  • Good eye for talent with ability to quickly screen resumes

  • Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical skills and cultural fit

  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
