Summary
Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives at Learning A-Z to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the product portfolio. Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that guide customers through their entire journey.
Key Responsibilities: Design and manage email campaigns, customer retention programs, and lifecycle touchpoints while analyzing performance metrics and optimizing conversion funnels. Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create targeted messaging and personalized customer experiences.
Skills & Tools: Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, data analysis, and customer segmentation combined with strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking abilities. Experience with A/B testing, customer lifecycle modeling, and CRM systems.
Qualifications: 5+ years of lifecycle or email marketing experience with demonstrated success in driving customer retention and revenue metrics. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred with proven track record managing marketing programs.
