Summary
Deliver professional development training on Language Essentials for Teachers of Reading and Spelling (LETRS) to educators and school districts. Facilitate impactful learning experiences that enhance teachers' understanding of reading science and spelling instruction.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct LETRS training sessions, workshops, and consulting engagements with teachers and educational institutions. Provide guidance on implementing evidence-based literacy practices and support participants in applying course content to classroom instruction.
Skills & Tools: Strong facilitation and presentation abilities with expertise in literacy instruction and reading science. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and customize content.
Qualifications: Completion of LETRS training or equivalent expertise in reading and spelling instruction required. Prior experience training educators and demonstrating knowledge of literacy development and teaching methodologies preferred.
