Job Description:
As an International Program Consultant at WorldStrides, you will be a key driver of business growth by selling our international educational programs to schools, teachers, and students. In this highly dynamic sales role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and ensuring that programs are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. You will play a critical role in expanding our market reach, driving revenue, and ensuring that WorldStrides continues to provide world-class international experiences for students and educators.
Responsibilities:
- Win new business and expand existing business within your assigned schools and territory. This is a hunter role and requires that mindset to be successful.
- Help teachers at the middle school and high school levels build and enhance their school's international travel programs
- Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation through qualification and closing.
- Assess each prospect's needs and goals, and clearly communicate our value proposition
- Prepare compelling proposals and navigate through decision-making processes to close business.
- Meet and exceed sales activity targets as well as seasonal sales goals.
- Improve the success of our team by proactively contributing new ideas, market feedback and successful sales strategies.
