As a Print Services Operator, you’ll be part of a hand-picked team of talented, dynamic and committed people that make up our growing Print Services division printing and delivering over a million credentials annually.


We are looking for a responsible, well-organized printer services operator who will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Duties will include providing support to our managers, employees, customers, and various daily print shop needs.


The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools such as MS Excel and Office programs. If you have previous experience or exposure to the print services industry, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, the individual in this role will ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our print facility.


Responsibilities/Functions

  • Process daily print and mail workflows of transcripts and supplemental documents, certificates and diplomas.

  • Order Reconciliation and validation

  • Organize production area

  • Shipping and receiving including create all shipping labels for FedEx, UPS, Priority Mail shipment.

  • Prepare Postal Paperwork.

  • Proper handling of consumables

  • Inventory Management

  • Understand the capabilities and the proper operation of the machines to achieve optimum print quality of printers and DS-700i inserters

  • Maintain workflow efficiency by evaluating processes at each stage of production.

  • Ensuring that each job is properly set up.

  • Work with Customer Support team to resolve customer issues.

  • Logging returned mail.


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, computers, etc.

  • High School Degree.
