Job Description

The Marketing Specialist, Business & Government is a key contributor to new logo pipeline generation for one of Instructure's fastest-growing sectors. In this role, you will execute integrated demand gen campaigns targeting business and government buyers, support webinar execution, and help bring our messaging to market across multiple channels.

You will translate campaign strategy into clear, high-quality outputs: compelling emails, ad copy, campaign assets, and coordinated programs that run on time and drive results. You'll partner closely with Sales Development, Product Marketing, and our in-house creative agency to execute work that moves buyers through the funnel.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute Demand Gen Campaigns:

    • Execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across email, paid media, and content targeting net-new business and government accounts

    • Write ad copy and emails; design images in Canva or collaborate with our in-house creative team as needed

    • Support webinar execution including logistics, promotion, and follow-up coordination

    • Pull and segment contact lists, execute data cleanup, and map account fields as directed to support accurate campaign targeting and attribution

    • Ensure leads from campaigns and webinars are properly scored and routed

    • Pull campaign data and package it into clear, digestible recaps

  • Manage Projects and Deadlines:

    • Write and submit project briefs to kick off work with the internal agency; coordinate with the PMO to keep projects on track

    • Use Asana to manage campaign timelines and provide feedback on deliverables

    • Communicate new and upcoming campaign activities to internal stakeholders so the right people are always in the loop

 

What You'll Bring (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS

  • Strong writing skills across formats: ad copy, emails, briefs, and campaign assets

  • Hands on experience planning and executing webinars a plus

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to build trust across teams
