Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $130,000 - $180,000.

Snapshot of the Role:
Are you energized by ambiguity and motivated by the thrill of building something new from scratch? Do you agree that the way we learn today is not going to be the way the world learns tomorrow? Join our Innovation team to shape the future of learning experiences beyond our core MasterClass product. In this role, you’ll work on MasterClass On Call and other 0→1 initiatives, experimenting with novel formats, AI-enabled learning experiences, and cutting-edge consumer tech. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, mission-driven group focused on truth-seeking, rapid iteration, and bold bets.

What You Will Do:
- Lead rapid experimentation and product execution for On Call and other innovation initiatives
- Design and validate hypotheses through lean MVPs and in-market testing
- Collaborate across engineering, data, design, and the AI teams to build new learning experiences
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to drive iteration and product decisions
- Champion AI-first approaches to prototyping, roleplay design, and prompting
- Balance execution with long-term thinking, adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment
About You (Requirements)
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech or early-stage environments
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, with a strong bias toward action and experimentation
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills grounded in user needs and data
- Collaborative communicator who thrives in highly cross-functional settings
- Curious or existing experience with AI and LLM-based products or prompt design
