As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager at Minga, your role isn't just about analyzing data—it's about owning it, shaping it, presenting it and ultimately driving the decisions that propel us toward our goals
What You’ll Do
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of revenue operations
- Calculating and creating visual reports for company SaaS metrics and KPIs
- Leading and executing HubSpot CRM administration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize workflows and processes
- Implementing and maintaining effective sales and marketing automation systems
- Analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision-making
- Streamlining lead-to-customer conversion processes through CRM customization and automation
- Training and supporting teams on HubSpot CRM usage, best practices, and updates
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements
- Conducting regular audits of CRM data to ensure quality and consistency
- Staying informed about industry trends and leverage new technologies to enhance CRM functionality
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations
What We Require
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in revenue operations and CRM administration.
- Prior experience in a SaaS company is required
- Proficiency in using and managing CRM systems, with specific experience in HubSpot.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in utilizing sales and marketing automation tools, coupled with familiarity in handling databases, spreadsheets, and data visualization software.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including the planning, execution, and monitoring of revenue operations initiatives.
- Possesses strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions aimed at optimizing revenue operations processes.
