We’re a tight-knit team of curious, creative, and low-ego humans who genuinely enjoy working together. We care deeply about the work we do and the people we do it with, and that shows up in how we lead, collaborate, and celebrate.
Our culture is built on trust, ownership, and continuous learning. Whether you’re working from our Kelowna HQ or remotely, you’ll have the autonomy to do your best work, the support to grow, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of educators and students.

As a Director of Revenue Operations at Minga, you’ll report to the COO, Pam Boyko. This is a management role with big impact. You’ll own our Rev Ops, influence how we grow, and help build the high-performance teams that make Minga a place people love to work.

- Establish clear KPIs and dashboards that drive accountability and data-backed decision-making across teams
- Identify and implement automation and tooling to improve efficiency and reduce manual work
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistency across all revenue systems
- Manage and develop the RevOps function, including hiring, coaching, and prioritization of initiatives
What We Require
- 7–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field in a SaaS environment
- Deep expertise in HubSpot is strongly preferred, including workflows, reporting, integrations, and data architecture
- Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasting models and working with revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, pipeline metrics)
- Proven ability to design and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success/CX
- Experience supporting a scaling SaaS business (ideally $5M–$20M ARR range)
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus)
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions
- Experience with integrations and tooling across the revenue tech stack (e.g., Revenue Hero, Intercom, Instantly)
Who You Are

- Highly data-driven, with a bias toward action and continuous improvement
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving environment with shifting priorities
- A strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborative and low-ego, with the ability to partner effectively across teams and levels
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, without losing sight of the bigger picture
- A builder who enjoys creating structure, but also knows when to simplify
