Summary

Lead new logo sales for Lucid Software's visual collaboration suite across APAC SMB markets, managing full-cycle deals and driving regional growth through innovative prospecting and strategic account development.

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end sales processes from prospecting through closing, develop data-driven forecasts, articulate value propositions to diverse stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales strategies and build lasting customer relationships.
Skills & Tools: Enterprise software sales expertise, consultative selling and value-based prospecting, strong communication with multiple personas (IT, creative, business leaders), data-driven forecasting, and ability to develop creative outreach strategies.
Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B SaaS new logo sales, ideally with SMB or mid-market experience, and demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in fast-paced environments.
Location: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (hybrid workplace with flexibility for remote and office work)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is AU$90,000 – AU$140,000/year based on title, seniority, company profile, and location.

As a New Logo Account Executive at Lucid, you aren't just selling software; you’re the architect of growth for the APAC region. You will lead the charge in introducing Lucid’s visual collaboration suite to new SMB customers, navigating diverse territories to turn prospects into partners. This is a high-velocity, high-impact role where you’ll engage with various personas to solve complex business problems through visual thinking.
Responsibilities:
  • Own the Full Cycle: Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Innovate Prospecting: Move beyond "standard" outreach. We value "out-of-the-box" strategies to break into new accounts and build a robust pipeline.
  • Be a Value Consultant: Become an expert in Lucid’s ecosystem, articulating our value proposition to stakeholders ranging from IT leads to Creative Directors.
  • Predict the Future: Maintain a precise, data-driven forecast that provides clear visibility into your territory’s growth.
  • Champion "Teamwork Over Ego": Collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales plays and lead strategic initiatives that elevate the entire APAC team.
  • Drive Regional Adoption: Build genuine, lasting relationships that ensure our newest customers become lifelong advocates.
  • Other various assigned tasks and duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year sales closing experience (as an Account Executive, or similar role), preferably in SaaS/tech
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • This position is hybrid, combining remote work with in-person collaboration at our Melbourne, AUS office two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with software sales (prospecting & closing)
  • Experience with Salesforce, leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospects and opportunities simultaneously
  • Experience with Outreach or similar workflow software
  • Skilled in selling a product against direct and indirect competitors
  • BA/BS degree
