About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Designer, AI-Driven to join the Experiential Branding and Content Team. This early-career design role (1+ years of experience) will support the production of high-quality creative across digital, print, and internal channels, with a focus on leveraging AI. You will work closely with the Design Team and cross-functional partners to deliver polished, branded assets while expanding your creative expertise and contributing to team outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, a broad understanding of visual communication and storytelling, and demonstrated experience applying AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, improve iteration quality, and scale design output.

• Design Execution: Create on-brand visual assets for campaigns, events, social media, presentations, email, and web that meet Ellucian brand standards and project goals.
• AI-Driven Outcomes: Leverage AI to enhance creativity, accelerate workflows, expand concept exploration, and improve consistency and delivery speed without compromising craftsmanship.
• Collaborative Creation: Partner with senior creatives and cross-functional teams to execute design solutions that align with project requirements and timelines.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative work adheres to established Ellucian brand standards and templates.
• Asset Management: Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets for efficient reuse across teams.
• Support Presentations: Build and enhance PowerPoint and presentation materials that are visually engaging and professional.

What You Will Bring

• Experience: 1+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or equivalent)
• Design Skills: Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, composition, and visual problem-solving
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word), Figma, and Canva
• AI Tool Knowledge: Be well-versed in tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, and more
• AI-Driven Results: Demonstrated ability to use AI to speed ideation, iterate creative variants, optimize production workflows, and scale output while maintaining quality
• Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication and collaboration skills
• Execution Focused: Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to feedback, and meet deadlines
• Creative Storytelling: Demonstrated interest in creative storytelling, including exposure to video, motion, or content development across formats
