Job Overview

The Higher Education Policy & Content Strategy Intern supports day-to-day work across industry engagement and project tracking. The intern will help turn ideas into usable content, support policy-related research, and assist with organizing and tracking ongoing initiatives.

This role is a good fit for someone interested in the intersection of higher education, public policy, workforce development, and technology, and who wants hands-on experience with how this work actually gets done.

Where you will make an impact

1. Content & Thought Leadership Support

•  Assist with both short-form and longer-form content.
• Track and help coordinate co-created content with partners.
• Research potential podcasts, panels, and speaking opportunities.
• Maintain a running list of content ideas and opportunities.

2. Salesforce & Project Tracking

•  Learn how the team uses Salesforce to track projects and external engagement.
• Help log activities, outcomes, and milestones.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in tracking.

3. Special Projects & General Support

•  Support planning for events, convenings, or reports.
• Conduct targeted research as needed. 
• Take ownership of assigned projects from start to finish. 
• Help with tasks the team needs off their plate (coordination, documentation, cleanup).
