Key Responsibilities: Provide teletherapy to K–12 students statewide, collaborate with school counselors and families, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.

Skills & Tools: Bilingual Spanish/English fluency, telehealth and EHR system proficiency, and strong clinical skills in youth and family therapy. Preferred skills include CBT, DBT, or similar modality training.

Qualifications: Active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina required (pre-licensure candidates cannot be hired). Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy preferred; school-based or youth clinical experience is a plus.

The Work

What You Need

Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — we cannot hire pre-licensure or other license types at this time)
Bilingual Spanish/English fluency
Interest in or experience with youth and family therapy
