Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant experience, especially with cloud platforms and software like Okta and Google Cloud, with prior experience in SOC 2 audits preferred.

Location: This position is based in Tribeca, NY, with a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote).

Compensation: $160000 - $190000 / Annually

About the team

On the Information Technology & Infrastructure Team our goal is to build, secure, and scale the systems that power Campus’ operations. This team is and will be composed of IT specialists, systems administrators, and network engineers.

About the role

We are seeking a Director of IT & Infrastructure to lead Campus’ enterprise IT, network, security, and infrastructure strategy. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity management, and multi‑site operations.

• Oversee network administration, cloud infrastructure, and identity management
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity frameworks, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Manage IT operations, help desk, procurement, and vendor relationships
• Scale infrastructure to support multi‑site growth and new office buildouts

• You have 5+ years experience with deploying and maintaining the following software:
• Okta
• Google Workspace
• Jamf
• Apple Business Manager
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Google Cloud SQL for Postgres
• Ubiquiti/UniFi
• You have experience successfully implementing and completing SOC 2 audits
• NIST 800-171 compliance experience a bonus

• A compensation package that includes a base salary ($160,000 - $190,000) + equity grant
• Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
