Summary

Lead IT strategy, infrastructure planning, and systems implementation for an innovative online college. Oversee enterprise IT operations, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support multi-site growth.

Key Responsibilities: Drive IT strategy and manage IT operations including network administration, cloud infrastructure, and identity management. Implement cybersecurity frameworks, manage help desk and vendor relationships, and scale infrastructure for organizational expansion.
Skills & Tools: Deep expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud infrastructure (GCP, GKE), network administration, and cybersecurity. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration abilities, and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications: 5+ years of experience deploying and maintaining Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, GCP, and related enterprise tools. SOC 2 audit implementation experience required; NIST 800-171 compliance experience preferred.
Location: Hybrid in Tribeca, New York, United States (2 days remote)
Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 / annually

About the team

On the Information Technology & Infrastructure Team our goal is to build, secure, and scale the systems that power Campus’ operations. This team is and will be composed of IT specialists, systems administrators, and network engineers.

About the role

We are seeking a Director of IT & Infrastructure to lead Campus’ enterprise IT, network, security, and infrastructure strategy. This role requires a seasoned IT leader with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, identity management, and multi‑site operations.

  • Ubiquiti/UniFi
  • You have experience successfully implementing and completing SOC 2 audits

  • Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
