Summary

Talent Acquisition Executive responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across the organization while building a proactive talent pipeline. This role is critical for ensuring timely, cost-effective hiring and supporting business growth through strategic recruitment.

Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through job portals, networking, and headhunting; screen resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements, negotiate compensation packages, and explore innovative recruitment strategies including social media employer branding.
Skills & Tools: Strong proficiency in resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling; excellent communication and negotiation skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement. Experience with job portals, social media recruiting, and ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
Qualifications: Typically 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR; bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred. Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and knowledge of employment processes is advantageous.
Location: Onsite - Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

Talent Acquisition Executive || On contract-3-6 months || Onsite- Noida


Position Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to help us find and attract the right talent to meet our business needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring a timely and cost-effective hiring process across the organization. As part of our corporate HR team, you’ll focus on sourcing top talent for your assigned Business Unit(s). This is a hands-on role where you’ll leverage various channels like job portals, networking, and headhunting to build a strong talent pipeline for both current and future needs.

Mode: Work from Office in Noida
Tenure: Contract 3-6 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, references, social networks, and more to identify and connect with potential candidates in a competitive market.

  • Screening & Scheduling: Review resumes, shortlist suitable candidates, and manage interview scheduling.

  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely closures.

  • Salary Negotiation: Handle compensation discussions and follow through until positions are filled.

  • Pipeline Building: Collaborate with senior management to proactively build a talent pipeline for key roles within the organization.

  • Innovation in Hiring: Explore and implement creative recruitment strategies, including the use of social media for employer branding.
