Summary

Quality Analyst responsible for ensuring highest standards of accuracy and consistency across digital and print learning deliverables for a global enterprise client. The role involves independent end-to-end QA reviews, risk identification, and quality framework enforcement to maintain delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Independently conduct comprehensive QA reviews of learning materials evaluating content accuracy, grammar, readability, visual elements, and formatting against established quality standards. Identify quality risks, provide actionable feedback to project teams, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain QA activities within project timelines while managing multiple concurrent assignments.

Skills & Tools: Strong attention to detail, expertise in content QA and instructional design review, proficiency with QA tools and governance frameworks (including LDCoE standards), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work independently under tight deadlines in fast-paced production environments.

Qualifications: Experienced QA professional with demonstrated expertise in quality assurance for learning and development or similar content-heavy environments. Knowledge of learning development standards, quality frameworks, and experience with digital and print deliverable reviews required.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (Onsite; India-based candidates only)

Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,50,000/year based on title, seniority, and location.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and quality across digital and print learning deliverables for a global enterprise client. In this role, you will independently review learning materials end-to-end, ensuring alignment with defined quality frameworks, project requirements, and governance standards.

You will play a critical role in maintaining delivery excellence by identifying risks early, enforcing quality standards, and providing clear, actionable feedback to project teams. This role is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of quality outcomes and operates confidently in fast-paced production environments.

What You’ll Do

Independently perform comprehensive QA reviews of digital and print learning deliverables across multiple projects.
Evaluate content for language accuracy, grammar, readability, structure, consistency, and instructional clarity.
Review visual elements, formatting, layout, and graphic alignment to ensure consistency and professional presentation.
Apply established QA tools, templates, and governance frameworks including LDCoE quality standards.
Ensure deliverables meet defined quality expectations before release to clients or deployment.
Identify quality risks, systemic issues, and process gaps, and provide clear recommendations for resolution.
Escalate quality risks, timeline risks, and scope issues appropriately and in a timely manner.
Ensure QA activities are completed within project timelines and delivery schedules.
Provide structured, actionable feedback to instructional designers, developers, and project teams.
Work independently while managing multiple concurrent QA assignments.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency while working under tight deadlines and production schedules.
Support continuous improvement of quality processes and standards through proactive feedback.
