The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Campaign Operations Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team and take ownership of our webinar program and key campaign operations workflows. This role is all about executional excellence — running programs smoothly, ensuring flawless data flow, and continuously improving processes to support scalable, high-impact campaigns.

The ideal candidate thrives on operational detail, executes with urgency, and takes pride in getting every step right — from webinar setup in Goldcast to ensuring leads are routed accurately in Pardot and Salesforce. Over time, you’ll help improve how we run webinars and automate campaign processes, ensuring Marketing Ops can support rapid growth without sacrificing quality.

As a Campaign Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Own and execute our webinar program as well as other Demand Generation campaigns — managing end-to-end setup, launch, follow-up, reporting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Gen team to ensure every webinar and campaign runs seamlessly and that data flows accurately to Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Maintain and improve lead capture and routing workflows in Pardot, Zapier, and Salesforce, ensuring complete data integrity and smooth campaign handoffs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, especially Goldcast, to ensure strong execution and troubleshoot technical or operational issues quickly.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively flag issues or recommend workflow improvements.
  • Document and refine processes to make campaign execution more efficient, repeatable, and scalable.
  • Partner with ABM, Lifecycle, and Paid Acquisition teams to ensure flawless campaign setup, tracking, and measurement.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing operations or campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, Zapier, and webinar/event platforms (ideally Goldcast).
  • Meticulous attention to detail — able to catch errors, maintain clean data, and ensure high execution fidelity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and follows through with urgency.
  • Curious and process-minded — always looking for ways to streamline and improve.
