Summary

Lead Learning Experience Designer for enterprise AI platform responsible for creating educational content and training programs that help enterprises adopt and scale AI agents. This role impacts how thousands of users across Fortune 500 companies learn to leverage AI-powered work orchestration.

Key Responsibilities: Design and develop learning experiences, curriculum, and training materials for enterprise AI platform users. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate complex AI concepts into engaging, accessible learning content.
Skills & Tools: Expertise in instructional design, learning experience design (LXD), and enterprise software training. Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, coupled with proficiency in modern learning technologies and platform design.
Qualifications: 5+ years experience in learning experience design, instructional design, or related field with demonstrated portfolio of enterprise software training programs. Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Location: Anywhere (Remote)
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation for this role is $95,000 – $140,000/year based on title, seniority, and remote work flexibility for enterprise AI sector.
