Your Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst to play a pivotal role on our team. This role will be the owner for our benefits programs in the U.S. (e.g., health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, retirement plans, etc.).

As a Sr Total Rewards Analyst at Hudl, you’ll:

  • Support our global HR Operations team. You’ll provide support while designing quality benefit plans in partnership with our benefits brokers.
  • Investigate new benefits. We’ll look to you to improve existing programs and monitor our benefits administration.
  • Execute annual equity processes. In addition to U.S. benefits, you’ll also own processes like Long-term Incentive (LTI), Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP and any ad hoc related equity reporting.
  • Help us stay compliant. You’ll play a critical role in keeping Hudl compliant in the highly regulated areas of U.S. benefits and global equity.

This role will be based in either Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. We aren’t considering candidates outside of Nebraska at this time.

Must-Haves

  • U.S. benefits experience. You’ve spent multiple years being responsible for all common U.S. benefits programs (e.g., medical and dental plans, retirement plans, parental leave, wellness programs, etc.). Employees and internal stakeholders will rely on you to answer their benefits questions.Attention to detail. You have an excellent eye for the small things because you know they can make a big difference.
  • Strong analytical skills. You’re comfortable working with large data sets and learning new systems and processes.
  • HR tech stack knowledge. We use Workday and Shareworks to operate efficiently, so prior knowledge or the ability to be a self-starter in learning these HR systems is a must.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Equity administration background. You don’t need to be an expert on day one, but if you’re knowledgeable (or, at a minimum, curious) about company stock programs, that’s a plus.
  • Full-cycle U.S. benefits experience. You’ve owned all aspects of a U.S. benefits calendar—including open enrollment, renewals, education and compliance—in a prior role.

Our Role

  • Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
  • Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech stack and hardware to do your best work.
  • Support your mental and physical health. We care about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Employee Assistance Program, employee resource groups and fitness partner Peerfit have you covered.
  • Cover your medicalinsurance. We have multiple plans to pick from to ensure you’ll have the coverage you (and your dependents) want, including vision, dental, fertility healthcare and family forming benefits.
  • Contribute to your 401(K). Yep, that’s free money. We’ll match up to 4% of your own contribution.
