Summary

Lead the strategy and execution of product partnerships at Degreed by identifying, building, and managing strategic relationships with key vendors and developers to expand platform capabilities and drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities, build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, oversee end-to-end partnership processes from negotiation to integration launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market strategies and track partnership performance metrics.
Skills & Tools: Strong understanding of learning technology trends, proven negotiation and partnership agreement expertise, exceptional storytelling and communication skills, ability to collaborate across product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams, and proficiency in defining KPIs and using data insights to optimize partnerships.
Qualifications: Experience in the learning technology landscape and a strategic mindset to adapt and execute in a fast-paced environment are preferred; demonstrated ability to lead partnership initiatives and secure strategic agreements is required.

We are looking for a Senior Product Partnerships Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our product partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, building, and managing strategic relationships with key product vendors, third-party developers, and content providers. Your work will expand our platform capabilities, enhance our product offerings, and drive growth.

This role requires strong relationship-building, negotiation, and storytelling skills, along with a deep understanding of the learning technology landscape. You will oversee the end-to-end partnership process, from initial evaluation to integration launch and performance tracking, ensuring impactful results and alignment with business objectives.
