Summary

Strategic Partnership Manager at Mia Share, a fast-growing edtech startup, responsible for being the primary point of contact with partner trade and technical schools to drive enrollment, revenue, and software utilization. The role focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships that fuel company growth in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic partnerships and develop comprehensive partnership roadmaps while executing initiatives aligned with company objectives. Monitor KPIs, identify partner needs, upsell Mia Share solutions, and deliver exemplary customer service to maintain strong relationships with partner schools.
Skills & Tools: Expert communication and relationship-building abilities, strong sales and account management expertise, strategic goal-setting and execution, multitasking in fast-paced environments, and resourcefulness with a demonstrated ability to think on your feet.
Qualifications: Proven customer success and/or account management experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets and developing lasting business relationships. Experience working with post-secondary schools, trade schools, or vocational school markets is preferred.
Location: Sandy, Utah, United States (in-person)
Compensation: $90,000+/year plus equity, benefits, unlimited paid time off, $9,000 annual benefits allowance, health insurance reimbursement, 401k plan, cell phone and home internet reimbursement up to $200/month, and $100/month wellness stipend

Position: Strategic Partnership Manager

The Role: We are a fast-growing startup looking for a highly motivated individual to be the face of Mia Share to our growing partner schools. Your primary objectives will be to educate partners on the value of Mia Share to drive enrollment and revenue and to drive utilization of our software and services. You must be self-motivated, set high goals and over-deliver in half the scheduled time. Customer success and/or account management experience is important. Communication skills are essential. Expect a highly-talented, driven, intense and bold team. Your compensation will include equity ownership. 

Employment Type: Full-time, in person in Sandy, Utah

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic partnerships to foster company growth and market expansion.
  • Develop a comprehensive and collaborative partnership roadmap.
  • Execute partnership initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor, manage, and support key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Exhibit expert communication skills to effectively communicate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Create and implement scalable solutions tailored to partner needs.
  • Identify partner requirements and proactively upsell Mia Share solutions to existing partners.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain strong relationships with partner schools.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
