Key Responsibilities: Develops and delivers learning programs using sound instructional principles, provides stand-up classroom instruction in-person and virtually, and conducts stakeholder consultation. Reviews program materials for quality and consistency, analyzes learning metrics, and makes recommendations to improve program effectiveness across business units.

Skills & Tools: Proficiency in live instruction, project management, training and development, business acumen, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to foster effective relationships across HR, management, and external partners.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with less than 1 year of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service). No specific certifications or licenses required.

Compensation: $37K–$86K/yr
