About the Role

We are hiring a detail-oriented and innovative AI & Content Operations Project Manager to support the optimization, visibility, and workflow efficiency of nursing education content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving healthcare education through emerging technologies and digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and refining AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, and alignment with educational goals.
  • Leading content creation initiatives that enhance SEO and learner engagement.
  • Managing social media and blog content in collaboration with the communications team.
  • Supporting documentation and workflow management in Confluence and Trello.
  • Assisting with onboarding and coordination of content contributors.
  • Participating in training and implementation of SEO, AI tools, and digital content workflows.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing Education and content strategy team on taxonomy alignment and innovation initiatives.

Requirements

  • MSN required; doctorate (EdD, DNP, or PhD) highly valued.
  • 3+ years in content development, project coordination, or digital education.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in learning and applying AI, SEO, and digital content strategies.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and editorial workflows.
