Summary

Part-time hybrid 4th grade teacher for a Christian microschool serving 6–8 students (ages 9–11) who attend in-person classes Mondays and Tuesdays while completing guided work at home. Job Description

JOB TITLE: Sonoran Learning Collective - Part-Time Hybrid 4th Grade Teacher

LOCATION: Cave Creek, AZ

START DATE: 02/09/26

HOURS: Mondays & Tuesdays from 9:00am-3:45pm (teaching time is 9:30am-3:30pm but teachers are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start of classes and stay until after students are picked up)

POSITION SUMMARY:
Sonoran Learning Collective is a Christian, hybrid microschool serving families in the North Valley who want a flexible, relationship-centered education rooted in traditional learning methods. We are seeking a part-time Hybrid 4th Grade Teacher to lead a small class of 6–8 students (ages 9–11).
Students attend in-person classes two days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays) and complete guided work at home the remainder of the week with parent support. We use a set curriculum, allowing teachers to focus on student relationships, individualized support, and strong communication with families.
This role is best described as a blend of teacher, tutor, and academic coach. It is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a small group of students and partnering with parents to support learning.
